Acceptance
By creating an account or using Rankd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rankd. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Rankd.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account and everything posted from it. Keep your password and sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time — in the app from Settings, or on the web from Account — which permanently removes your data from Rankd.
Your Content
You own the ratings, reviews, rankings, and other content you create. By posting publicly you grant Rankd a non-exclusive license to display that content to other people on Rankd. You may delete your content at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing. Do not impersonate others, spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Music Content
Album artwork, song previews, and catalog metadata are provided by Apple Music and remain the property of their respective owners. Rankd displays this content under Apple’s terms and does not store or redistribute copyrighted audio.
Disclaimer
Rankd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Rankd.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in Rankd. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
