This Unruly Mess I've Made

In the wake of their platinum-selling, GRAMMY®-winning triumph—2012’s The Heist—Macklemore & Ryan Lewis return with an album that’s every bit as ambitious in its production, supporting cast and lyrical themes. Featuring guest contributions from KRS-One, Kool Moe Dee, Leon Bridges, Chance the Rapper, Idris Elba, Anderson .Paak and many more, This Unruly Mess I’ve Made is a soulfully produced and deeply introspective exploration of identity that makes thoughtful nods to rap’s past (“Buckshot”) and America’s present (the startling, climactic “White Privilege II”). The result is both provocative and moving.
