TLC captures the indomitable spirit of one of modern R&B’s most influential groups. T-Boz’s sultry voice, Chilli’s angelic vibe, and uncut ATL attitude powers “Way Back” (with Snoop Dogg), “Haters”, and “Aye Muthafucka”—the latter showing it’s still open season on scrubs.
