Jimmy Humilde Presenta Lo Mejor De Las Calles Vol.3

L.A. label head and promoter Jimmy Humilde has a knack for finding the best corridos from both sides of the border. On the third volume of his scene-surveying Lo Mejor De Las Calles compilation series, he once again puts his clout behind rising artists, capturing the rough-but-melodic vitality that defines the next wave of música mexicana stars. This mix includes heart-rending norteño ballads built from little more than a soulful voice and some emotional strumming (El de La Guitarra’s "Ya La Conecte”) and exhilarating banda anthems (Lumar Perez's "Straight from Inglewood”).
