DJ Koze Presents Pampa, Vol. 1

The first compilation from Koze's Pampa label hits the heart before the head: take the shivery pop house of Matthew Herbert's remix of Lianne La Havas' “Lost and Found”, or the chipper arpeggiations of Koze and Jamie xx's “Come We Go”. There are dusky late-night energy bursts from Funkstörung's “I Does It” and Naswari's “Bump With You”, while Lawrence's “Glow” and Josef's “I Wonder” both emit blinding white light synth lines. Essential in its diversity.
